The Ivanić-Grada Museum was founded in 2014 thanks to the initiative "We have the right to a museum!" initiated by the citizens of Ivanić-Grad themselves.

This local museum of general type started working in 2016, when it was registered as a public institution, and its activities cover the wider area of Ivanić-Grad.

The museum is located in the building of the "Old school" in the Park of Croatian Defenders, which was built way back in 1861.

In the Museum, you can find out all important information about the history of Ivanić-Grad and its surroundings, see exhibitions or participate in numerous interesting workshops that the Museum regularly organizes.

Monday, Wednesday and Friday

10.00 - 16.00

Tuesday and Thursday

10.00 - 20.00

The Museum is closed to visitors on Saturdays and Sundays.

Organized visits by individuals and groups are possible with prior notice.
