POSAVINA DAY IN THE POSAVSKI BREGI

 With lots of laughter, singing, and dancing, the third Posavina Day was held on Sunday, September 1.

This Sunday, visitors in Posavski Bregi had the oportunity to enjoy carriage rides with Posavina horses, try the offer of local products, and experience traditional songs and dances. The program was completed by local folklore society KUD OSS Posavski Bregi, KUD Graničar Križ and TS Filigrani.    

Corn competitions for children were a special part of the programme.  In which we saw how popcorn is eaten without hands and who is the fastest in popping the corn. Adults tried their hand at making homemade butter and competed at eating hot peppers. Fun for the whole family was reserved in the Posavina Corn Labyrinth "Skovačkoga". 

Special delicacies of the Posavski days were homemade delicacies baked by members of the KUD OSS Posavski Bregi.
